Nadine Naue (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit nadinenaue.com or interact with my business.

I may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, information submitted through forms or questionnaires, information related to personal styling services, purchase or membership information, photographs, feedback, and other communications.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. I do not receive or store your complete credit-card number.

2. HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use personal information to provide and manage my services, appointments, purchases and memberships; respond to inquiries; provide personalized styling services; deliver requested content; manage payments and subscriptions; and maintain necessary business records.

If you have signed up or otherwise agreed to receive marketing emails, I may also send you emails about my content, services and offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those emails.

I do not currently use phone numbers for text-message marketing.

Capsule Icons coaching calls may be recorded and made available inside the private membership. If you participate, your name, image, voice, questions or comments may appear in the recording.

I may also share testimonials or behind-the-scenes content from my work. I will not intentionally publicly identify a private client through their name, face, photograph, video or other identifying information without permission.

3. SERVICE PROVIDERS

I use third-party platforms to operate my business, including Squarespace, Stripe, Typeform, Acuity Scheduling, Flodesk, ManyChat and Zoom.

These providers may process personal information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

I do not sell your personal information.

4. COOKIES AND WEBSITE DATA

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate and secure the website and provide functions such as customer accounts, scheduling and checkout.

I do not currently use Google Analytics.

5. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

I take reasonable steps to protect the personal information I collect and use trusted third-party platforms to operate my business.

I keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide my services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal, tax or accounting requirements.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information.
