IDENTITY to ICON™ Method

A personal styling methodology built around your identity.

Together, we build a wardrobe around who you are, and the life you actually live.

Style doesn’t begin with what you buy.

It begins with who you are.

The Identity to Icon™ Method is my signature approach to personal styling, designed to uncover your style identity, refine what you own, identify what’s missing, and build a wardrobe with intention.

The result is more than better outfits. It's a wardrobe that feels distinctly yours. A wardrobe that makes getting dressed, and moving through your life, feel effortless.

PERSONAL STYLIST | FOUNDER

Nadine Naue is a personal stylist and founder of the Identity to Icon™ Method. For over 20 years, she worked internationally as a model, collaborating with incredible designers and stylists for publications like Vogue and Marie Claire, and brands including YSL, Revlon, and Kenzo. Those experiences shaped her eye for proportion, quality, texture, and timeless style. But the real foundation of her work came from everyday life. Traveling frequently for work, living in New York with limited closet space, and eventually becoming a mom taught her something powerful:

The most impactful wardrobes aren't the biggest ones. They're the most intentional.

Over time, this philosophy evolved into what she now calls the Identity to Icon™ Method—helping women translate who they are into wardrobes that truly support how they live. Today, she works with clients across the U.S. and internationally, guiding them through a structured approach rooted in one simple belief: fewer, better pieces—chosen with intention and built to work together.

Through her private 1:1 work and her membership Capsule Icons, she helps women move beyond trial and error into wardrobes that feel aligned, functional, and effortless to navigate in real life.
